THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE PRODUCT
Before Kapitable, our team built Stand with Founders, a platform designed to digitise startup investment operations. Over several years, we worked alongside founders, investors, lawyers, statutory auditors and notaries to support fundraising rounds and bring traditionally manual investment workflows online.
That experience gave us a first-hand understanding of how legal documentation, investor identity, subscriptions and ownership records interact throughout a transaction — and where technology can remove friction without compromising control.
