These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.kapitable.com, including the Help Centre pages hosted on that domain (the Website).
The Website is published and operated by STAND WITH FOUNDERS SAS, owner of the registered Kapitable trademark (Kapitable, we, us or our).
These Terms apply to the Website only. Access to and use of the Kapitable application, including app.kapitable.com and authorised demo environments, is governed by separate terms and agreements.
1. About the Website
The Website provides information about Kapitable and its products and services, together with Help Centre materials and ways to contact us, request support or arrange a demonstration.
The Website is provided for general informational purposes. Accessing or browsing it does not create any obligation on our part to provide a product or service and does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship with Kapitable.
2. Website and Help Centre content
We take reasonable care to provide accurate and current information. However, the Website and Kapitable’s products and functionality may evolve over time, and we do not guarantee that all Website content will at all times be complete, accurate or up to date.
Product descriptions, features, illustrations, screenshots, examples, tutorials, FAQs and Help Centre materials are provided to explain Kapitable and its capabilities. They are non-contractual and do not create any commitment regarding the availability, performance or characteristics of any product or service.
Any subscription to or use of the Kapitable application is governed by the applicable agreement and related documentation.
Nothing published on the Website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or investment advice. Information concerning corporate structures, transactions, securities, ownership, compliance processes or related matters is provided solely to explain the context and capabilities of Kapitable.
Professional advice should be obtained where appropriate.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, product screenshots, designs, logos and trademarks, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, such content is owned by STAND WITH FOUNDERS SAS or used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised by us, Website content and Kapitable's name, trademarks and visual identity may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited.
Nothing on the Website transfers any intellectual property right to a visitor.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Website for lawful informational and professional purposes.
You must only provide personal data or other information relating to third parties where you are authorised to do so.
You must not:
use the Website unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of Kapitable or third parties;

circumvent or interfere with security measures;
introduce malicious software, code or content;
systematically scrape, extract or commercially reuse substantial parts of the Website or its content, except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised by us; or
use automated means in a manner that disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the Website.
5. Forms, meetings and communications
Where the Website allows you to contact us, submit a support request, request a demonstration or book a meeting, information you provide must be accurate and lawful.
Submitting a form, requesting a demonstration or booking a meeting does not oblige either party to enter into an agreement or continue discussions.
6. Links and third-party services
The Website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services.
Such services are operated independently from Kapitable and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, content or practices, except where applicable law provides otherwise. You should review the applicable terms and privacy information before using those services.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to maintain the Website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may suspend, restrict or modify access to all or part of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kapitable is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on Website content, temporary unavailability of the Website, or third-party websites and services that we do not control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
