our customer, supplier, adviser and other professional business relationships.
This Privacy Policy does not govern personal data processed in connection with the Kapitable application. Such processing is addressed in our separate Platform Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the relevant Data Processing Agreement.
Where a customer provides personal data from the Kapitable application in connection with a support request, Kapitable may process that information on the customer's behalf in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.

This may include your name, professional contact details, employer, role, professional profile and information relevant to assessing whether Kapitable may be relevant to your professional activity.
Where required by applicable law, we provide appropriate privacy information when we first contact you or otherwise within the applicable period.
