Participant: your dashboard
Reading your pending tasks — and the two rules that follow: a task that disappears is done, and a task that reappears needs a correction.
Overview
Your dashboard is your starting point for everything. It shows what is being asked of you now — and nothing else.
Your space has three sections, reachable from the menu:
Dashboard — what is being asked of you now
Documents — what you have signed or submitted (B1.8)
KYC Checks — your identity verifications
What you see
On the dashboard, the part that matters is Pending tasks. Each task is an action expected of you: a KYC check, bank details, a signature, a payment.
The dashboard also shows summary indicators — Subscriptions, Documents, KYC Checks — which place you within the transaction as a whole.
How to work with it
Sign in. You arrive directly on the dashboard.
Look at Pending tasks. If there is nothing, you will see "No new tasks" — nothing is expected of you at the moment.
Open a task to start the corresponding process.
Once the task is complete, it disappears from the list. That is how you know it has been recorded.
Two useful rules
A task that has disappeared is a task that is done. There is no status to monitor: the list contains only what remains to be done.
A task that reappears means something was incomplete. If the transaction team needs a correction, the task comes back marked as such — KYC Information Incomplete or Bank Information Incomplete.
A returned KYC check lists what needs fixing; a returned bank task asks you to review and update what you provided, without naming the problem. Either way you step through the task again with your earlier answers still in place, and change what is wrong. If it is not clear what to correct, ask the transaction team.
Common questions
My dashboard is empty. "No new tasks" means nothing is expected of you right now. The transaction team decides when each request is sent, so it is normal for tasks to arrive gradually rather than all at once.
I am taking part in several companies. You will see one task per request. The same process — a payment, for example — can appear more than once, once per company concerned.
Will I be notified? Yes, by email, when a new request is addressed to you.
